As part of the Exploris laboratory system, an interface was developed to control experiments in fume cupboards. For ecological reasons and to ensure safety, the airflow in the fume cupboards is controlled and optimized by the software. Various functions inside the fume cupboard can be controlled via the touch screen to allow experiments to be carried out with the fume cupboard closed.
